  • ALLERGENS

    Blossom cakes and bakes is a home-based business. I cannot guarantee your products will be 100% trace free of any allergens. I prepare in a kitchen where nuts and gluten are present, as well as other allergens.

    Therefore, I cannot cater for any allergies due to risk of contamination.

  • PRICES AND PAYMENTS

    Price of cakes/cupcakes will be on your order confirmation. I will require a £20 non-refundable deposit within 48 hours of the order being placed. The remainder of the balance to be paid two days before collection or delivery.

    If payment is not received by the agreed date, I reserve the right to hold the order until payment is paid in full.

  • CANCELLATION OR CHANGE OF DESIGN

    If you decide to cancel, all deposits are non-refundable.

    If due to unforeseen circumstances and I have to cancel, I will return your deposit.

    Should you decide to alter your cake design this may add an additional charge on your purchase.

  • COLLECTIONS AND DELIVERIES

    I am more than happy for you to collect. I will accept no responsibility for any damages that may be sustained once the cake or cupcakes have left my premises.

    Collection is from Ipswich.

    If you have asked for the cake or cupcakes to be delivered, the time and date will be confirmed. Delivery will be added to the price depending on mileage.

    Should your cake or cupcakes require a stand, this must be returned in a good clean condition within 3 days.

    When collecting the cakes, please place it in the passenger footwell, if not place in an empty boot – flat. If you have air con put this on!

    Always carry the cake from the underneath, and do not let the sides of the box touch the cake.

  • COMPLAINTS

    Thankfully these are very rare, as every cake I take on is a labour of love. Should you have an issue it must be brought to my attention within 24 hours of collection or delivery.

    Both parties agree to not post negative information on any online forums, so opportunity can be given to resolve any issues.

    Once I have handed over the cakes or cupcakes, and payment has been made, this confirms you are happy with decorations and no further claims can be made.

    If in the unlikely event you are not happy with the cake quality then the cake or remainder should be returned to me as soon as possible within 24 hours so I can access the complaint
